Nho Que 3 turbine No.1 begins no-load operation
Nhan Dan - Turbine No.1 at the Nho Que 3 Hydropower Plant in Ha Giang northern moutainous province was put into no-load operation on January 15.

The plant, which located in Meo Vac district, Ha Giang province, has two turbine units with a total capacity of 110MW.
Construction of the plant has now been completed and the water in the reservoir has reached 360 metres.
Turbine No.1 is expected to be generating electricity for the national grid in mid-February 2012 and produce 500 million Kwh of electricity per year.
The project was implemented by the Bitexco – Nho Que Joint Stock Company under the Bitexco Group.
