Based in Germany, Bosch & Partner GmBH offers a wide fields of expertise in Environment Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment, Landscape planning, Land use planning, etc), Consulting (Process & Quality management, Evironmental Education, etc) and Research (Research & development in the field of planning methodology, environmental monitoring, indicators and reporting, etc). For current project with GIZ in Viet nam, Bosch and Partner has cooperated with GIZ and local consultants to develop the Wind Power Planning for a Binh Thuan province and complete the Wind Power Planning Guidelines which have been approved by MoIT to be applied nationwide as standard for wind power planning by interested provinces.

As a full-service law firm with more than 700 attorneys and 24 offices in the USA and internationally, Duane Morris has been selected by GIZ as a legal advisor to advise on the current legal, institutional framework for the energy market in Vietnam, highlighting relevant information with regard to renewable energies and take advantage of its long experience in the domestic energy sector to make and communicate suitable strategies and specific suggestions to government decision makers.
FICHTNER
Founded in 1922 in Germany, Fichtner is a large German firm of consulting engineering services which covers various fields such as energy, environment, water & infrastructure, and consulting - IT services. Fichtner has cooperated with GIZ to develop an appropriate regulatory framework for wind energy development and sustainable growth for the country.
INSTITUTE OF ENERGY
The Vietnam Institute of Energy assisted GIZ project as a national consultant to develop in cooperation with an international consortium an appropriate regulatory framework for implementing a support mechanism for achieving Government's targets for wind energy development and sustaining the growth beyond the target date.
PECC3
Power Engineering Consulting Company 3 (PEEC3) is a Vietnamese Joint stock company of which major shares belong to Vietnam Electricity Corporation. Main business activities include feasibility studies, conceptual design studies, detail design and provision of construction management and Site supervision services for electric power plant projects as well as for other large industrial and civil utilities. PECC3 has joint GIZ Wind Energy project as the national consultant for Wind power planning.
WPD
wpd was founded in 1996 in Germany and specializes in project management for Wind Energy, Photovoltaic and Bio-energy. Their major activities focus on project development, project design, project financing, project controlling, equity capital guarantee and business and technical project management. Selected by GIZ-Wind Energy Project in Viet nam, wpd will join in the Wind Power Planning project to support in developing the Wind Power Planning guidelines for Binh Thuan Porivnce and Wind Power Regulations for Viet nam as well as provide training services for specific topics in Wind Power Planning.
WINDGUARD

RENAC
Based in Berlin - the Renewables Academy AG (RENAC) offers trainings for technicians and engineers, developers and investors, lawyers and decision makers who want to learn the fundamentals about renewable energy and energy efficiency. All responsible persons have long-standing experience in training, know-how transfer, quality assurance and international dissemination of expertise. RENAC training is demand-oriented. Prospective clients include companies in the renewable energy industry, decision-makers in policy-making and administration and students. As a selected trainer for the project, RENAC delivered two training course on "Fundamentals of on-shore Wind Energy" and "Wind Measurement" in December 2010 in Ho Chi Minh City
